My nose is so fatty. It is so broad at the middle and no bridge is there to lift it up (if you just look at my nose normally, you won't find any bridge over there. It also lacks sharp tip. Should I use any nose reshaping tool. Will it work (safely) OR what else should I do to get a good shaped nose. Please suggest me some methods.
