I underwent TKR left, (Total Knee Replacement, Left Knee). During Hospital stay and after discharge, Physio Doctor, for two months, taught some exercises. I am continuing for 6 months. Am I to continue for life or can I stop. I am going for walk, climbing steps etc. Is a daily routine.
