I am having piles problem. I consulted General surgeon. He has given me pilex anobliss and Lox 2% gel. I used it for 5 days. Bt I am having severe pain after defecation in a specific area near hemorrhoids which appeared recently. Pain lasts for 5 hours despite me using those ointments. How can I get rid of the pain. Please suggest any medication. I also had constipation problem. But when I changed from Indian to western style commode it reduced. Is it the reason for me getting constipation because of using Indian system?

There seems associated fissure issue with piles, as only piles are not responsible for such amount of pain. Do regular hot hip bath, take bulk forming laxative as ispaghula husk and diet control with good analgesic tablets so that you will recover early. Hope this clears your query.
