My son had fluid accumulated in chest and was removed by the doctor and upon testing it was found as TB. He is at the age of 14 and was given treatment immediately his LFT and KFT reports were ok Now in the X ray fluid is almost gone but the tests shown alkaline 720 is it recommended that we shall keep giving food like chicken or meat to him rest other results are in range please suggest and advice.

Whatever you eat, tb doesn't come to you if you eat chicken or stuff. I hope he has taken full 6 months anti tubercular treatment. That's the only thing that matters. Anti tubercular medication has a bad effect on liver and jaundice is common. Take udimarin forte tablet daily and try to eat healthy food not oily or spicy food.
