Hi I am 25 years old I am 7 weeks pregnant now last week I under went ultrasound scan. The report says everything is normal but baby heart beat is inactive. From past 4 days I am going through bad lower back pain, vomit n nausea. Are these signs of miscarriage. I am worried. Kindly advice.
