I am 29 year old Male. From last february, I feel like there is something stuck in my throat. I visited a ENT doctor and he said that there was some mild throat infection. In that particular period, I was also struggling with anxiety and over thinking. I did gargle for one or two times and then I left. This feel still persists after one month. I don't feel any kind of pain while swallowing food or drinking water neither do I feel some kind of lump in my neck region but there is a constant feeling of something stuck. Please address my issue.

You seem to be suffering from Laryngopharyngeal reflux for which you will be prescribed antacids and diet/lifestyle modification. Please visit an ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis. Till then, please avoid oily spicy meals.
