You should wait for 3 months after resection of uterine septum before trying to conceive to allow the wound in the uterus to heal. If you are less than 40 years old with regular menses, your husbands semen analysis is normal and at least one tube was open (patent) during the laparoscopy, your chances of conceiving are significantly improved after removal of endometriotic cyst and septum. You should try to conceive spontaneously for 6 months before seeking any further help.
