I am a female aged 70. I am diabetic and using insulin and also bp and increase in heart palpitation upto 140. I am using jolfresh 5 mg for the good sleep. But not getting sound sleep and get up after 3 to 4 hour in the night. Please suggest should I increase the doze to 10 mg if it is not harmful for my condition. Thanks.

Please keep your age and physical activity in mind. 3-4 hour sound sleep is sufficient. Avoid increasing dose of zolfresh. Also avoid day time sleep, try to be active.
