I have a mild grade 1/2 gynecomastia. Is surgery is required for this or some medicines and exercises overcome this problem. If I'm going for Surgery than the cut marks on chest is permanently visible or not?

Hello sir. Definitely you can go for the surgery. The liposuction with gland excision gives you the best result for gynecomastia treatment. The surgeon will go for the surgery after ruling out any other underlying factors. It again depends upon the grade of gynecomastia you are having and the associated factors.
