23 male, varicocele Surgery, after 9 days of surgery operated testis is swelled and have a mild pain its maybe because of recently operated or stitches are still there. Last day I got excited, my penis become hard and discharge a fluid but I did not touched it and never masturbate after surgery. But I am worried about hardening and discharging. Is that ok or not. Tell me what to do?
