Contrast MRI Brain findings reveal a thick rim enhancing focal lesion in the left lobe of cerebellum with moderate perilesional edema and mass effect with obstructive hydrocephalus as described - suggesting possibility of tuberculosis. This is my MRI what is this I can't understand please help.
