Doctors yesterday My gynecomastia surgery has been done and doctor told me to wear an pressure garment till 6 month which I so tight fitted on my body so I want to ask in next month I have to go my native place which is in uttar Pradesh and there is lot of summer so can I remove pressure garment while in village till 1 month and after that can I wear.

Generally 1 month is sufficient but if your operating surgeon feels that you should continue then check with him or you can shift to only night time wear. Male breast or gynecomastia reduction. Hello, we usually give pressure garment only for 3-4 weeks for small gynecomastia and 6 wks for larger gynecomastia. Wearing pressure garment beyond 6 wks has no role.
