My father is an onset parkinson disease patient for the last 12 years. Recently a new addition has been made which is Syndopa CR 250 mg tablets (taken 1/2 at midnight & other 1/2 at 3 pm) ,and omission of Amantrel (amantadine) from 4 tablets to 3, as prescribed by doctor. Now his overall performance during off-time has worsened drastically, specially after the CR effect wears off in the morning. I want to know is it a side effect of syndopa CR? NB- He has been taking Syndopa Plus 4 times a day from since his symptoms started. Thanks in advance.
