Hi, I am 3 month pregnant and my heart beat is above 102 for last few days using Dr. Morepen BP device at home. BP is also seen low around 105/75. Is it normal?

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Do take foods rich in iron like Foods rich in iron include: Red meat, Poultry, Seafood, Beans, Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots, Iron-fortified cereals, bread and pasta 2) Do take foods rich in vitamin C and it includes Broccoli, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Leafy greens, Melons, Oranges, Peppers, Strawberries, Tangerines, and tomatoes.
