I've got itching on my thighs hands hips as well as on penis and even on testicle and there are red spots wherever itching is occurred. I'm applying lulinext cream at night but it's not a permanent solution. As itching starts on day and even at night before I apply ointment. I was having scabies 6 months ago.

Hello. As specified by you that you had history of scabies , so there are preety good chances of scabies again. For scabies you must be having same problem in some of your family members too. Main feature of scabies is that itching is more severe at night. Chances of superadded fungal infection can be there. There is proper treatment of your condition.
