You have not mentioned the drugs she take under ATT and liver enzymes are elevated which can be due to the drugs. You have to review tih the treating doctor and if needed change the drugs.

As of now take symptomatic treatment and For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary with tablet domstal for vomitting and we should review after two days and if symptoms persist than we will have to reduce the dosage of ATT after clinical examination through your treating doctor
