Penis does not have any seal. Some people have wrong idea that, like vagina, there is'penis seal' which will open after marriage. This is wrong. Rather if you have such problem, probably you are suffering from a disease, called Phimosis. Hello, sometime the foreskin of penis do not detach from the shaft of the penis. It usually don't cause any problem but sometime while mating you might experience pain or blood may ooze out.
