I am 24 years old and I have pain in my both breasts in past 2-3 days and also I taking protein -ex. Can you please help me what should I do?

Pain in both breasts is usually related to hormonal changes. We call it as cyclical mastalgia in medical terms. It usually subsides after menstruation. Sometimes evening primrose oil capsules have shown to reduce the cyclical mastalgia. But pain could also be due to ill fitting bra, trauma causing fat necrosis, costochondritis, fibrocystic disease, Breast cyst, galactocele, abscess and very rarely cancer. If the pain persists, then it is better to show to a breast surgeon who will examine you and if need be ask for an ultrasound scan.
