Hi Mr. lybrate-user, It is unlikely that the staples on the bile duct may come out. Especially in your case, that is after 3 months of surgery. The staples are not at all harmful. They are surgical grade alloys and some are even titanium. Regarding yoga, there is no restriction of movement and exercise with respect to staples. Lastly, pain can be muscular or from many other things and difficult to say without examining you, but three months after surgery if you are not having any Abdominal pain, fever or vomiting or jaundice it is unlikely that you are having a surgical complication.
