Sir I have thick lumpy pencil like Thickness vein on my penis. In my perception it is varicose deep dorsal vein. It is not hard and it temporarily 80% subside after bath. It is more visible in erect state and after masturbation also but it is equally visible at flaccid state also. Sir whether it is normal or it will cause blood flow out rapidly, so erection sustainability problem? Whether I need any treatment?

Hello- Varicose vein has a zigzag patterns, are thick from normal and are more dark in color. Since non of the attributes are seen in your penis vein, it is not a varicosed vein, but a normal one. If its symptom less thn its better to remove the anxiety from the mind, no need to go for any treatment.
