Urine dark red may be blood mixed from rectum, or medicines for piles .remember when take iron /B Complex urine is extreme yellow or red So no worries JUST TAKE CARE OF PILES BLEEDING. You said that you pass red urine' Is this all the time or only now. You may be having pophyrias which is a metabolic disease. It may be blood in the urine. So you need a proper clinical examination including urinary tests.
