I have skin problem of ring worm and other I use fourderm but it is same day by day it is increasing.

Do not use such creams as mentioned by you ever anywhere on your skin for any indication at all. These are irrational combination of steroid, antibiotic and antifungal. You will end up causing permanent damage to your skin by applying such cream. See a qualified MD/DVD/DNB dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
