Please have patience and continue with the treatment as advised by the doctor. Make sure that you go for regular check up (check thyroid levels every 2-3 months till it is stabilized ). Let her eat only freshly prepared homemade food every day. Avoid readymade food/ juices etc. Take the help of a nutritionist who can prepare a diet chart (a balanced diet) with lesser calories. She can learn Yoga which is safe and effective for any age. There is no need to worry and get streesd out which would only exaggerate the problems.
