CT pulmonary angiography is advised when there is suspicion of Pulmonary embolism, hemoptysis with suspected bronchial artery bleeding or to assess a Ventilation Perfusion mismatch. Lung cancer screening is done with a low dose CT Scan in persons who have high risk of lung cancer i.e. 10 pack years of smoking. Angiography is special CT scan. So lung Lesions can be detected by changing reconstruction algorithm. Needs more information to help you.
