Accidentally took nicip plus paracetamol 325 mg + 100 mg nimesulide 3 times every 4 hours gap. Later after 12 hours fever gone, headache gone but observe dark urine, sweating, rarely burning sensation in toe and rare back pain. Dark urine goes off after I have plenty of water and again return after 24 hours if I consume moderate water. Any suggestions to overcome side effects.
