This problem is due to small size of his nostrils. The resistance is inversely proportional to 4th power of radius which means if radius is decreased by 2the resistance increses by 16 times .in ist 6to 9 months the nostrils increase in size. Any blockage during this time due to secretions causes blockage. You can use any saline drops followed by local massage. That will improve.
