Hello Doctor, Good day! I have Undergone IVF, ET done on 8th April 18, everything went well. On 23 beta hcg level 2300, doctor confirmed that, it's pregnancy by scanning and all. I am only worried about the tablet Endothic ES vaginally twice in the prescription because as I gone through lot of treatable websites & studies in which it is clearly mentioned that Endothik ES is highly UNSAFE during pregnancy. This tablet helps to development of endometrium level before ET. My worry is once pregnancy is confirmed what is the role of this Endothic ES tablet vaginally twice daily. KINDLY Suggest or help me. Thank a lot in advance.

Pregnancy Category Category B : Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women OR Animal studies have shown an adverse effect, but adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus in any trimester.means reasonable safe. Some do use same to have to prevent growth retardation in baby. Always best to leave to treating doctor though you may pass on information received by you
