Hello sir, my age is 29 yrs. Two months ago I was suffering from BPPV, I consult an ENT specialist, he gave me medicine & I was OK. But last 3 days I am coughing with chest pain, ribs pain & back side neck pain. When I am looking to sky above of my neck something triggering & I am feeling unbalanced, my feet is tumbling, feeling very much dizzy. What is happening to me please help.

Pain on coughing is minor illness. Unbalanced is mild attack vertigo, similar to previous BPPV. Should be fine in few days. Paracetamol, rest, and discuss with ENT or physician if worsening.
