I have elevated PSA 13.48 and my ultrasound shows enlarged prostate volume 31 cc grade I fatty liver prostatomegaly grade III prostatic calcification bladder thickness 3,2 MM non distended urine residual 73 cc and my urologist after prescribing ceftum dosage for one month is over has done DRE which showed PA soft NAD PR grI BPH Nodular? And then prescribed dutas T for three months follow up with PSA. I see from net that dutas T may cause prostate cancer. Kindly advise whether am I on right track of medication My age is 74 DR.
