i had miscarriage before 1 month.(28th march)
Next month I do not have regular period.
Pregnancy test is negative.
Right now I have breast pain.
What should I do.

After abortion patient may have menstrual irregularities for some time. Wait for a week ,if you get your periods fine ,if not then repeat your pregnancy test, if still negative then take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.

If you have pain in the breast, it is better to show it to a Breast Surgeons a Surgical oncologist. They would take a detailed history and examine you and if need be, ask for an ultrasound examination. Pregnancy has hormonal changes which may cause breast pain. Irregular cycle post miscarriage is due to hormonal imbalance, which can cause breast pain, but it usually resolves in one or two cycles. Fibrocystic changes are very common and are common cause of breast pain especially cyclical. Some times some of the cysts may enlarge causing a lot of pain, which need to be aspirated. Also they need to rule out other causes of pain like ill fitting bra, trauma, abscess and rarely cancer amongst a few. If you want to discuss this further, feel free to contact me directly.
