In my right testis inside there is a sand like thing when I touch some times its appear ,what is this please anyone help is this cancer?

I would suggest you to meet local physician or oncologist for an examination and review. Most common symptom of testicular cancer is a painless lump which gradually increase in size. Feeling of sand like thing is probably not cancer. But it must be evaluated by a trained physician first, then if necessary by a ultrasound examination and appropriate tumor marker tests.
