Hi. I am 26 years old. Trying to conceive. My husband and I were intimate from 14th april to 23rd april (everyday). According to calculator 30th April is my day of implantation, but I don't have any spotting or bleeding. Do all women have spotting/bleeding during implantation. If I do not bleed does that mean implantation hasn't occurred? Also I have lower back pain and lower abdominal pain. Is this just PMS or am I pregnant? Also I am feeling very tired and sleepy, frequent urination.

HI lybrate-user. It is not necessary to have implantation bleeding. Just relax. And if you miss the period then check by urine pregnancy test. Many times just because of anxiety and tension many couples cannot conceive even though having everything normal. So just relax. And enjoy the time. It is a natural process and let it happen on its own. Sometimes it may take more time. I have seen couples conceiving after 6 months to one year after trying. For further guidance. Firstly it is not necessary to bleed on the day of implantation and there is always an implantation window of 2 -3 days if your cycles are regular ,you cannot calculate the exact day of implantation.
