Past History 1. USG on 08 Aug 2017 - Pelvic Abscess 2. Aerobic Body Fluid Culture Report on 08 Aug positive with MRSA. 3.1st Exploratory Laparotomy on 21 Aug 2017 with intestinal resection + ileostomy 4. 2nd Exploratory Laparotomy on 01 Nov 2017 for intestinal obstruction 5.Distal Cologram in Jan 2018 with Barium Powder show normal report. 6.Ileostomy Reversal on 25 Feb 2018 with sign of obstruction 7.Histopathology of respected small bowel segment on 25 Feb 2018 shows Granulomatous inflammation compatible with Tuberculosis. Present History 1.AKT 4 w.e.f. 27 March 2018 with following medication a) Benedona bPan 40 c) Cypon d) Lumia 60k e) Evion 400 mg f) Gabapin ME 100 Patient feel severe pain in both legs, please suggests.
