There was a lump around my anal hole 4 days ago. It was very pain full and it got big and reached the size of a pea in just 4 days. Today when I was sleeping it burst out and pus came out of it. Is it good bad or something else will it heal by it self or I have to go to a doctor. At first I thought that it is hemorrhoid lump so is it still a hemorrhoid lump or something else. If it heals itself them how much time will it take to heal it completely?

Perianal abscess which may have burst out; in future it may lead to anal fistula, if you have persistent pus discharge you have to consult.
