Hey sir about 2 years earlier I was practising martial art. Then swelling happen in my both testis one by one. Swelling has been gone but still there is pain in my testis. I have concerned with many doctors but nothing happen. Doctor saw my sonography report but he says it's normal. There is no exact position of pain ,it changes. Pain increases after ejaculation and after running jumping etc.

If sonography reports are normal then go for some higher test to rule out what happened? Consult a good sexologist doc near by.

Hello- The swelling can be due to Testicular torsion. This condition is caused when a testicle twists on its cord. A twisted cord can cut off a testicle's blood supply and may require medicational management. Pain is sudden and severe. Testicular torsion occurs in about one out of 4,000 boys. It is most common in infants and boys between ages 12 and 18. Boys often experience pain from a blow to the groin while playing or during sports?any pain from injury to the testicles that lasts longer than an hour is considered abnormal and a reason for immediate medical attention.
