Hello, I have a 20 days old baby girl, I had a normal delivery, I want to know about my diet. Which fruits can I eat that does not effect my baby's health. Is it true if I take cold items and baby gets cold. And if I drink cold water does that make my baby get cold? My baby is throwing out milk what is the reason?
