Hi, I got blisters on stomach 3 years ago and doctor diagnosed as herpes zoster and gave me medicine and it was cured no blisters no fever. But can It re occur in future? How dangerous it is.? Till now I did?t get it again. But I?m worried I got exactly after few days of having oral sex with my aunts daughter. Is it because of oral sex. She was having ulcer in mouth during oral sex. But she doesn?t have any diseases.

If Herpes zoster- an episode of chickenpox during childhood occurs then the immune system eventually eliminates the virus from most locations, but it remains dormant (or latent) in the ganglia adjacent to the spinal cord, this when gets activated causes herpes zoster. It may occur again particularly when immunity goes down. Not related to oral sex.
