Hello, Kuch dino pahele lower abdomin me pain hua, ultrasound karwaya toh pata chala kidney ka stone neeche aagya hai, fir pain band ho gya mujhe lga nikal gya hoga, but 3 dino se dard h. Penis me jalan ho rahi hai. Paani pee rha hu. Khelta hu toh pain bhad jata hain. Neeri tablets 2-2 subha shaam le rha hu. Alksol. Syrup bhi strt. Kiya. Jalan n pain h. Koi. Upchar bataiye jaldi relief ke liye. Already gallbladder stone. Ka. Operation ho chuka hai. Please help.

You may need removal of stone which may be stuck in the ureter (thin tube that brings urine down from kidney). Get NCCT abdomen/pelvis to confirm and see if it needs to be removed. It should be done as soon as possible as it may be causing Obstruction of urine flow from kidney, increase back pressure in kidney and also cause urinary tract infection.
