I delivered a baby Via c Section five month back. I have loose belly since then. Tummy also not got Its pre pregnancy shape. What should I do to regain my pre pregnancy figure.

Dear lybrate-user During pregnancy a woman puts on weight which is shed in sufficient amount after delivery. But due to physiological reasons you need to take extra calories as you are feeding your baby. I feel, till the time you are breast feeding your baby, you are totally occupied in managing baby so you can't spare time for your workout. Additionally you have to take extra calories to feed the baby. Once baby starts taking top up feed and weaned from breast milk, it's easy to shed weight and regain pre pregnancy figures.
