Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned you can take following medications- a)Sinarest Tab[Three times a day for 3 days] b)Pancef O-200mg [Twice a day for 7 days] Do follow lifestyle modifications like this- 1)Drink plenty of fluid and gargle with warm saline every 8 hours. 2)Give rest to your throat for 3 days during treatment periods. 3)Use a cool-air humidifier to eliminate dry air that may further irritate a sore throat. 4)Keep your home free from cigarette smoke and cleaning products that can irritate the throat. 5)Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently, especially after using the toilet and before eating and try to avoid sharing food, drinking glasses or utensils.
