lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Madam HbA1c% 7.4 is showing presence of diabetes. This needs specific antidiabetic treatment. That can not be suggested without knowing following details: Fasting, PP glucose levels, weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile, BP readings, plus urea and creatinine. So if you are keen in controlling blood glucose then come back with all the above details, then I will be able to guide.
