Hi, i am 30 years old. My husband age also 30 yrs. My marital life 2.6 yrs. 2 years back I had a laparotomy for 3rd stage of endometriosis cyst. Doctors suggest to me to go for iui r ivf for children. We tried 3 iui cycles also but failed. Now my abdominal status is retroverted uterus and 1.5*0.9 cm endometriosis cyst in right ovary and also right hydrosaphnix para ovarian cyst of 2.8*3.5 cm. My question is can I go for ivf with the chocolate cyst or after removing of chocolate cyst I have to go for ivf? Is there possible both removing of cyst and retrieval of eggs in ivf process? Is it safe? please clear my doubts. I want to be a mother. please Tanq.

Ivf would be ideal in your condition. No need of removing such a small chocolate cyst. It is not recommended to even touch the chocolate cyst at time of egg retrieval.

IVF is necessary with the findings in the abdomen. As far as the small cyst is concerned it may not need aggressive treatment with medications like dinogest and the protocol for ivf can be followed. If desire a child best to start soon.
