Hello. My problem is I think I have man breast. I am not fat but my chest area is kind of bigger. If I am wearing clothes then it is not that visible but in bare body its looks odd. So what should I do? Is this fat or anything else?

Gynecomastia is very common in males and even common in over weight people. Gynecomastia has both fat and gland component and the consistency depends on the body fat. Irrespective of whether it is fat or gland the treatment is same. Though not a medical problem it requires treatment for cosmetic reasons.
