I have bloating since 2 days. I had constipation since 4 days which is fine now but bloating has not reduced. It has exactly started when we had pizza from then my mom and I have bloating. Even we eat only 2 chapatti then also we feel full for the day. I have exam of upsc on 3rd june so I am very much disturbed by this bloating and dizziness at times. I had banana cucumber and many fruits but no relief in bloating. I feel like something is stuck in my intestine and it's always tight even after defecation. Same problem my mim says she's facing but she's not worried like me. Can you please help me to sort it out. My friends made me more scared that it could be gluten allergy and you won't be able to eat anything. Kindly help anyone please I am very worried and unable to focus.
