Hi doctor I have married 18 months ago. She is 6th month pregnant now. Recently a dispute arise between me and her family. She is always saying to leave my parents but not herself. She always supports her family but not mine. I am mentally tortured. Keeping this aside I have known that she had an affair before marriage. She always goes to her home since marriage and I got some threatening calls on my phone to leave her. I have observed she does not show any interest on me. Im in doubt that whether I am the person for her pregnancy. What should I do now.
