Breast enhancement could be uplift i.e. Mastopexy. It may be done via benellis roundblock technique for mild ptosis, where a doughnut of skin around the areola is removed and breast tightened. For severe ptosis, a wise pattern mastopexy is preferred, which leaves an anchor shaped scar. If reduction with upliftment is needed, then mammoplaty is done If it is saggy due to large size, then reduction mammoplasty through a wise pattern incision is recommended. Silicon implants are the most common procedure performed worldwide to increase the breasts size. Lipomodelling can also be performed, but if there is limited fat availability, it becomes a problem and also needs repeated procedures. Hello mam. I can understand your concern. The breasts might be either underdeveloped or having ptosis or some other deformity. The size and shape can be improved depending upon the patient requirement, age, present volume and shape. Conservative or surgical management, either has their own pros and cons.
