Before 3 months ago, I born baby girl by C-section now I feel like tumor or cyst in my left breast from more than a week its paining when press it. Is a serious sign? Please help me as soon as possible.

Better to see a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed do an ultrasound of the breast. Most probably it would be a Galactocele. Some times during Breast feeding, the duct of a lobule gets blocked. In that case, the milk gets collected and forms a lump, called as Galactocele, which may be tender or painful. Usually they need aspiration with a needle. The other causes are cysts or rarely cancer. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
