Hello there. I had a fracture in my hand a month ago. Now the plaster has been removed. But I'm still unable to straighten up my hand and when I try to do it, it hurts. What shall I do? It's on the same position now as it was when I had the plaster on. I cannot straighten up my hand. It's just stiff. Please help. Thank you.
