I had some vocal cord polyps den before 15 days Doctor did surgery I am nw able to speak clearly today I get the histopathology report NATURE OF SPECIMEN: Excision biopsy form (L) vocal mass gross: received 2 bisopy bits ranging in size from 2 mm each M/E: Section examined shows feature of LARYNGEAL NODULES I am not able to understand how is my report I request you to help me thank you.

Better you consultant a ENT surgeon with your reports. However as per your statement there can be nodules over the cords which are due to excessive usage of voice, like in teachers and singers. Give rest to your voice.
