I am 20 years old girl. 2 months back I fell from a bus which led to a medical injury grade-2 as per my MRI reports. Now I am able to walk but little pain still persists. When I talked to doctor he said things will get better but meniscus injury will not heal. It wil not cause much problem but you will have to remain alert. I just want to know that will my meniscus will never heal, will I nvr will be normal as before?

Meniscus tears don't heal on their own. We usually perform repair of the torn meniscus through Arthroscopic surgery which leads to healing of the meniscus. Your knee may get worn out very early if you don't have functioning meniscus.
